Career Leap Graduation
Two years ago, we connected with Career leap as part of our commitment to embedding diversity and inclusion in our workplace. We were thrilled to celebrate the graduation of our mentors and mentees for the first time.
Career Leap provides us with the opportunity to encourage young people who might never have given a thought to a career in security. Over these past years, we’ve witnessed the incredible impact this programme has on not only the graduates here today but also on our mentors. For us, this programme has enriched our workplace life and changed our perspective on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Our team members completed the mentor training and participated in the three-week mentorship programme, and we welcomed the participants to our sites, providing them with an insight into the security industry.
We are thrilled to now include a number of the Career Leap participants to our broad team. Employed full-time with us after successfully completing their PSA course and first aid training, our new team members have settled in and are now providing invaluable feedback and input as to how we can create a rewarding experience for future mentees and also as to how we can encourage more young people to consider and pursue a career in security.
Congratulations to our team members and participants for this fantastic achievement, and we're very excited about the future of this programme.
