Investors in Diversity Bronze Award
At Provincial, we are committed to embedding diversity and inclusion in our workplace. We are proud to announce that we have received the Investors in Diversity Bronze Award.
Diversity and Inclusiveness is one of our core values, coming under the pillar of belonging. We have developed partnerships with local programs and robust practices to support cultural, racial, religious, age, sexual orientation and gender diversity. We have recently pivoted our focus to embrace people with disability and people from disadvantaged areas, shaping a diverse team that is reflective of the community around us.
The Irish Centre for Diversity works in partnership with organisations across Ireland at all stages of the equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) journey. This is the first step of our journey, and we look forward to working towards achieving the silver award over the next 12 months.
