We are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Site Security Manager, Ashlea Addison
Ashlea began her journey with the Provincial team as a receptionist on our data centre construction site in 2016. Although she had no previous experience in the security industry, she developed a strong relationship with her colleagues and embraced every opportunity to learn and grow.
After a brief period away from Provincial, Ashlea returned as a security coordinator and she has become an invaluable member of our team. Her strong leadership as well as a desire to innovate has been integral to Provincial's drive to revolutionise the security industry.
In her new role, Ashlea will be responsible for managing our growing team and ensuring our people are aligned with Provincial's values. She will engage with our clients and stakeholders on a daily and weekly basis and will oversee operations on site.
Amongst the Provincial team, Ashlea is recognised as an influential leader, making waves in the industry and shaping the way for women who want to progress their careers in security.
Following her appointment, Ashlea said: “I am very excited to step into my new role and work with the team as we continue to grow. There are lots of personalities, and I look forward to playing a role in supporting our fantastic team and developing the site over the coming year”.
